Qualiopi certification is no longer optional

Since January 1, 2022, Qualiopi certification is mandatory for all training organizations wishing to receive public or mutualized funds (OPCO, CPF, France Travail, regions). It certifies the quality of the process implemented by providers of skills development actions.

Seven criteria, 32 indicators

The French national quality standard is structured around 7 quality criteria, broken down into 32 indicators. Our diagnostic helps you assess your position on each of them.

Criterion 1

Public information

Clear communication about services, prerequisites, objectives, delivery methods and expected outcomes of training (indicators 1 to 3).

Criterion 2

Objective identification

Process for gathering needs, positioning and adapting training objectives to each beneficiary's profile (indicators 4 to 6).

Criterion 3

Service adaptation

Individualized pathways, coherence of the program and teaching resources, adaptation to specific audiences (indicators 7 to 11).

Criterion 4

Teaching and technical resources

Premises, equipment, LMS platform, teaching resources suited to objectives and target audience (indicators 12 to 16).

Criterion 5

Trainer qualifications

Skills, experience, ongoing training of instructors, alignment with the services delivered (indicators 17 to 20).

Criterion 6

Beneficiary involvement

Satisfaction assessment, attendance monitoring, measuring learning outcomes and gathering feedback (indicators 21 to 26).

Criterion 7

Continuous improvement

Complaint handling, evaluation analysis, implementation of documented corrective and preventive actions (indicators 27 to 32).

Does the Qualiopi diagnostic replace a certification audit?

No. The diagnostic is a preparatory self-assessment tool. It identifies your gaps against the 32 indicators of the framework, but does not replace the certification audit carried out by an accredited certification body.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. The diagnostic — overall score, critical points and summary by criterion — is free with no sign-up. Only the detailed remediation report (each indicator, its status, the expected evidence and the action plan) is paid, at €199 incl. VAT.

Which indicators does the diagnostic cover?

The diagnostic covers the 7 criteria and 32 indicators of the French national quality standard: public information (criterion 1), objective identification (criterion 2), service adaptation (criterion 3), resources (criterion 4), staff qualifications (criterion 5), beneficiary involvement (criterion 6), continuous improvement (criterion 7).

Who needs Qualiopi certification?

How does the diagnostic identify my gaps?

You answer a structured questionnaire based on the 32 indicators. The system cross-references your answers with the official framework (Qualiopi reference guide) to identify gaps and prioritize remediation actions.

How long does the diagnostic take?

The questionnaire takes about 15 to 20 minutes. You receive your score and the summary by criterion immediately. The detailed remediation report is available afterwards.
